Who operates Wander Garden
Wander Garden is operated by Marcin Raburski, a private individual resident in Thailand. These terms are written for a small, founder-operated product. They are not intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have under consumer, privacy, or other laws that apply where you live.
Using the product
Wander Garden helps you organize travel-related information such as stays, flights, transport, tours, check-ins, photos, notes, maps, statistics, spending, and imported travel records. You are responsible for the information you add, import, edit, export, share with connected apps, or delete.
Your account and data
If you create an account, keep your sign-in methods secure and use the service only for information you have the right to use. Some features store data locally on your device, and sync-backed features store account and travel data on Wander Garden servers. Travel data can be personal and sensitive, so review records before relying on them.
Imports and third-party sources
Wander Garden may help parse emails, PDFs, screenshots, captured web pages, photos, and data from third-party travel services. Imports, AI-assisted parsing, maps, geocoding, and provider matching can be incomplete or wrong. Third-party services are not controlled by Wander Garden, and their availability, accuracy, terms, APIs, pages, and export formats may change.
Connected apps
If you authorize a connected app, such as an AI assistant or other OAuth client, that app may access the categories of Wander Garden data you approve. You can manage or revoke connected app access from settings. Connected apps are responsible for their own products, security, and use of data after you authorize them.
Paid features and billing
Wander Garden may offer free, subscription, and one-time purchase plans. Payment processing, billing portals, invoices, taxes, and refunds may be handled by a payment provider such as Lemon Squeezy. Paid limits, prices, plans, and included features may change over time, but changes will not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
No travel, legal, or financial advice
Wander Garden is an organization and review tool. It does not provide travel, safety, medical, legal, tax, insurance, immigration, or financial advice. Verify important bookings, dates, locations, visa rules, prices, safety information, and other details with the original source or a qualified professional.
Availability and changes
Wander Garden is under active development. Features, import support, storage behavior, sync behavior, pricing, and integrations may change. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider outages, security issues, or reasons outside our control. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wander Garden is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, travel disruption, missed bookings, or losses caused by incorrect imports, third-party services, unavailable integrations, or your reliance on unverified records. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Thailand, unless mandatory laws in your country require otherwise. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
