Overview
Wander Garden is operated by Marcin Raburski, a private individual resident in Thailand. Wander Garden helps you organize your travel history. That can include sensitive personal data such as bookings, places, dates, photos, notes, check-ins, spending, people, location data, and imported records. This policy explains the main categories of information involved and how they are used.
Information involved
You may provide account details, sign-in provider information, feedback, imported emails, PDFs, screenshots, captured web pages, photos, notes, people, spending, and travel records. Product data may include stays, flights, transport, tours, check-ins, moments, homes, pinned countries, provider preferences, media metadata, sync metadata, app authorizations, settings, and billing entitlement state.
Local storage and sync
Some Wander Garden data may be stored locally in your browser or mobile app. If you sign in or use sync-backed features, account and travel data may also be stored and processed on Wander Garden servers so the product can sync across devices and provide hosted features. Uploaded media may be stored with a media storage or CDN provider.
Imports and AI parsing
You choose what to add or import, and you can review imported records before using them in your travel history. When import parsing is enabled, raw imported content such as emails, PDFs, screenshots, or captured page text may be processed by AI services such as OpenAI to extract travel facts. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so you should review it before relying on it.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the product, create timelines, maps, stats, imports, media features, sync, connected app access, billing, support, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and product improvement. Technical information such as device, browser, logs, errors, performance data, and IP-derived request metadata may be processed for these purposes.
Analytics and diagnostics
The landing site uses Vercel Analytics to understand basic page usage. The product may use analytics such as Umami and may process diagnostic data to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service. Wander Garden does not use this data to sell your personal information or for targeted advertising.
Service providers
Wander Garden may rely on service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, email, payments, media storage and CDN, maps, geocoding, places search, import parsing, AI processing, infrastructure, support, and security. These may include providers such as Apple, Discord, Foursquare, GitHub, Google, Lemon Squeezy, Resend, OpenAI, Bunny, Vercel, Umami, and database or hosting providers. Third-party travel services you import from, authorize, or link to are governed by their own policies.
International processing
Wander Garden is operated from Thailand and uses international service providers. Your information may be processed in Thailand, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries where Wander Garden or its providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws than your country.
Your choices and rights
You can choose what information to import, edit, export, or delete. You can clear local data, disconnect sign-in providers, revoke connected apps, and request help with account or data deletion. Depending on where you live, including under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and other privacy laws, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a copy of, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your personal data. Retention and security
Wander Garden keeps information for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the service, unless you delete it or request deletion. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Children
Wander Garden is not intended for children or minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@wander.garden.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Wander Garden changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
